Yes, Brun Ugle is right and unfortunately the FSI website has been down for some time, but HTLAL’s own Ericounet has done a fantastic job and very quickly stepped up to create a new site with the materials:
FSI Language Courses
So you can find the Spanish courses here.
The FSI website’s problems have been the topic of this thread.
The creation of the new website by Ericounet has been chronicled here.
By the way, Woodsei, if you need more (free and legal) materials for Spanish, there’s also the Destinos video series with its companion website. They’ve also produced a second series called Nuevos Destinos.
EDIT: fixed a link.

Hi, Everyone,
This has been a very tough year for me, and it literally flew by with me trying make a
sense of all the unfavorable changes in my life. It was a truly horrible time for me. I
apologize, though, for having abandoned my log, my teams, and my role as an Arabic
language aid for the Middle Eastern team.
That said, I would like to recommence language studies for the upcoming year, even if
just for a few minutes on any given day. Language learning is a beloved hobby that's
not fizzling out anytime soon, and I could definitely use a little of the inspiration
and motivation it sparks in me, as well all the intriguing progress made by other
fellow learners here at HTLAL. I would definitely like to be on the Japanese team for
the year 2014. I know that things in my life are still rocky, but more or less stable
than some months back, so I will keep my goals modest and just stick to one team for
now. As much as I love Russian, I will have less time for languages overall due to all
the increased responsibilities, and as such I will try to work on it whenever I can,
but I don't expect it to be consistent. Therefore I will not try to be on the Russian
team this year, although it's past and present members are all just awesome people.
Again, I apologize for falling off the map like that. I will post this message on my
log, too. I hope the Japanese team would be willing to allow in one more member for the
2014 year!
In the meantime, best of luck to all of you :)

@Emme: Thank you, Emme! I hope I can too. I'm already feeling guilty about putting
Russian on the back burner, and being a part of a team created the motivation and had me
hold myself accountable. Then again, this year had no Russian OR Japanese. But who knows?
I'll just plug along and see what the next few weeks bring.

We are just happy that you are back. You are not the only one to have had a horrible year, so don't worry
about it. And you are always welcome back at the Russian team if you feel like it later :-)

@SolfridChristin: Thank you so much! I'm decided. I want back on the Russian team, if you
would still have me. I'll focus on Japanese and Russian for the upcoming year, like I did
in 2012.
No higher aspirations, though. I'll just focus on my two languages for now :)
