Is there any interest for a "dead" language team (Latin, Ancient Greek, Sanskrit, etc)?
And there is also a second Scandinavian/German team opening up, right?

Sorry but I have another technical question...
how do connect hyperlink to text in this forum and on learning log posts? I can't seem
to figure that one out. (Is it HTML code that I use?...do I hardcode hyperlinks?)

[URL=A"]B["/URL]
A: website address
B: Hyperlink text
(Remove the "s - I put them there so it will display the code instead of making a
link.)
It's good ol' BBCode. |

Awesome! Thanks for the information!
cheers

Great to hear from you again Khublei, do you still write blogs in Irish? We'd be honoured to have you in our little clan if you'd like to join us for the ride. As you're already a native speaker of Irish, would you consider being a "godmother" to our team?

I would like to join one of the romance teams if either of them are still accepting new

WoofCreature-the Romance teams are currently having some growing pains trying to figure out how to best handle
the large and as of yet uncertain number of people who are interested in joining a team, but I'm sure that when all
is said and done everyone who wants to be on a team will have a spot somewhere.

Sign me up for the second Scandinavian team as another Norwegian devotee! Looks like we will be small
but proud.

Unless there is a regular flood of more Scandinavian students, you will most likely be joined with the present
one, so if I can give you an advice, I would follow the thread for the present Scandinavan team closely, and
possibly even introduce yourself, and get in touch with others who will be on the second team or joined with
the first one. It is practical to knit close ties whatever the final outcome. And congratulations on having
chosen a great language!

Team Sparta consists so far of people studying Modern Greek, but I don't think they are opposed to having members learning Ancient Greek.
There are new teams forming for both Scandinavian and German. If they don't gather enough members by themselves, the new teams will be merged with the original teams.
Shall I put you down for one of these teams? Which one(s)?
