I found this one as well:

I got a B2 on the French test. I'm bordering on B2/C1 so I think it is pretty accurate. |

Don't get too excited. I took it twice and got C2 both times. My French is generally B1 tops, maybe pushing B2 for
reading. I don't know what's up with these tests, but they're definitely a bit wacky.

Unfortunately, they don't have any of the languages I'm learning. I need to start
learning more popular languages.
I found the cactus language link looking to test my Croatian level (although I know I'm
at A1) and compared to this one http://www.transparent.com/learn-croatian/quizzes/lotw-
quizzes/ I thought the cactus one was right on the money.

My French is mid B1, but that test gave me a C1. I find these multiple choice tests aren't a good way of assessing levels.

I did the Language Level test and it gave me a B1, which is exactly my level (I've
passed
the DELF B1). I have to admit that I am on no good terms with grammar and this test was
highly grammar based.
later edit: For German I got a C1, which is exactly the level of the exam papaer I want
to
take next!
For French you could use one of these
tests

I got A1 for my German, so it's pretty accurate.
Don't know about others.

My French is probably in the early stages of B1 - and this gave me C1. I would say it
is mainly because having done things like the Michel Thomas Advanced Course I know the
rules and patterns it is testing, even if I can't use them fluently as would be required
in a CEFR exam. So I think a good rule of thumb is to reduce the result by 2 CEFR
levels.
But even then I would take the test with a pinch of salt entirely - if one worked
through a few Practice Makes Perfect books you could answer those 40 grammar questions
with ease but not have enough vocabulary to get past B1 in a CEFR exam.
