Just to clarify, I'll be joining:
- Team Russian
- Team Scandinavian
- Team Mandarin
- *jäŋe/*ledús
- A team for Rare Languages, if it is formed
- A team for intermediate French, if it is formed.
I'm not joining Team Iberia, though. I'm working on Papiamento on my own and I'll keep
writing about it at my only 2014 log.

Would you want to be the Brazilian godfather for Team Iberia?

Unless anyone objects, I'll set up a Team Dutch thread soon. :-)
Quick update of members who have expressed interest so far:

I know a few people are still planning their 2014, so please take this as just a very informal, early survey.

If no one else shows up, I won't object, Serpent. :) I already read a few logs on BP.

Nice. Then I'll have European Portuguese only. If there is someone for it, that is. I don't know whether everyone that's been wanting to join Team Iberia has expressed the language, let alone versions.
@ Cristina: under proper TAC spirit, you should be enlisting to snuff out Uzbek, not sniff it out. :P

Well, there's at least me and hopefully kuji. espejismo looks like a good fit too. and then a couple of members i don't really know yet.
Even the ones focusing on the Brazilian variant will benefit from your input, Luso. It's always good to know if something's not actually a mistake but a difference.

Bakunin, I loved reading your log! I found it really informative and interesting, even though I have no interest in studying Thai (and it doesn't happen often that I love reading a log for a language I don't want to study). But I totally understand that it was tedious, especially counting hours and whatnot. Maybe a kind of conversational log, which is a lot more informal and laid back and doesn't count anything, would be less tiring? |

Thanks for the kind words; you're probably right with your advice, too, and that's what I'm likely to end up doing :)
By the way, you did a great job as a team leader. You really kept the team together and motivated us to try different things in the monthly challenges. That was really cool. The team spirit is what makes TAC worthwhile.

tarvos, you can go ahead and be the Korean team lead. I don't wish to do it and you seem to be most enthusiastic and that's exactly what we need.
