I only use and know the Spanish dictionary: Real Academia Española y Maria Molliner.

KBBI (Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia) in Indonesia. I wouldn't trust it much, though.

In my language ( Serbian) that is " Речник српског језика" ( Матица српска) -
Dictionary of the Serbian language( Matica srpska). It contains 85.000 words, and is a capital project of emminent cultural and scientific institution which took several decades to complete. Accent of each word is explained and their use in context. However,be careful not to drop it on your leg, or you are headed straight onto operating table.
