Hi, it's nice to meet you all. I'm anritsi.
I've been learning Japanese for a couple of years now. I'm not quite advanced and not quite intermediate so upper intermediate I guess. I'm most interested in reading fluency but I'd like to round out my listening, speaking and writing abilities a bit more this year. Novels I like reading detective mysteries. I prefer cozy types of mysteries over thriller types. Here are a couple of series I've started:
Are there other cozy mystery types that I've missed? Experimenting A cool thing about language learning is the ability to change up learning methods whenever & however you want. Below are a couple of ideas I've been thinking about using this year.

Does 旅立ち (it's "tabitachi", right?) mean "journeys"? If so, shouldn't the "tachi" part written with different Kanji? Unless I am wrong in translating it.
