Recipes

Korean, like Japanese, makes heavy use of Chinese characters. There are some differences in the way the Koreans write the characters, but at least 70% are exactly the same. The characters are pronounced differently in Korean, Japanese and Chinese, but there are strong similarities. The bottom line is that if you already read Chinese or Japanese, this will make reading Korean much easier.
