Started Three Roads to Quantum Gravity by Lee Smolin. An interesting read given the author's opinions in his latest book just a couple of years later.

Languages: Speaking Korean - Francis Park. FSI Korean Volume 2. Assimil Spanish with Ease (and random other supplementary Korean and Spanish books).
Fiction: I'm reading "Crown of Stars" by Kate Elliot (Book 1) as I recently got into the fantasy genre because of George R R Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" series. I want to pick up the newest Terry Pratchett book soon. I've got Speaking Korean 2 and 3 and Spoken Korean coming quite soon as well as 'Angels and Demons' in Spanish for L-R practice. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

I have just read a book from our library. There are quite some interesting non-fictional books about natural sciences to find - all of them are in German.

Currently I am reading 血と骨 (chi to hone), a Japanese novel written by a Japan-based Korean author, Yang Sogil (梁石日). I am just done with book 1, and will continue book 2 tomorrow. It is a highly recommended novel for all those Japanese speakers to learn more about the life of Korean in Japan, especially during the period of 20s-70s... I tend to read things like the 7 day weather forecast to help with that. I believe that whether it will rain or not is a topic that leaves both parties in any brief conversation happy. 3 persons have voted this message useful |
