I'm currently reading the 3rd Dune novel by Frank Herbert (in English) and this game-book in French:

宮沢賢治 - 銀河鉄道の夜 (japanese) and it's taking forever looking up every second word, and all the grammar :P

rowling - harry potter e il prigioniero di azkaban (italian) just because i got the audiobooks, and my listening sucks for lack of practice

pavese, cesare - la luna e i falò (italian) because it's great... and i get to learn at least four new words per page

levy, marc - et si c'était vrai (french) to see how much i understand, maybe i'll take up french if it's not too much work.

mindess, anna - reading between the signs_ intercultural communication for sign language interpreters (english) because i have to keep up my English, and intercultural communication, and sign language are fascinating

bunch of boring school books (spanish) because I have to :|.

Dubliners by James Joyce. Then maybe onto some Dostoevsky. If only I could read it in the original Russian!

I just finished 少年 by 谷崎潤一郎 (Tanizaki Jun'ichiro) and am starting 海辺のカフカ by 村上春樹 (Murakami Haruki - Kafka on the Shore). The former was difficult due to its outdated kanji use and unfamiliar historical cultural references, but Kafka seems like it'll be one of Murakami's easier books for me.

Every now and then I leaf through a loaned copy of 日本人の知らない日本語 which is really popular right now in Japan.

Today I just finished "Het zijn net mensen" by Joris Luyendijk (Dutch). It was really good. Now I will focus on "Die Blechtrommel" by Günter Grass (German), which I left at page 50 a couple of months ago. I'm also reading "Le Mystère de la chambre jaune" by Gaston Leroux in English and French a chapter at the time, listening to Frech audio while reading the French chapters. Both are available for free on the web. I'm also supposed to be reading "Elisi katika nchi ya ajabu" by Lewis Carrol in Swahili with the English as a crutch, but I have a hard time finishing the first chapter...

I am now reading Relato de un naufrago by Gabriel García Marquez. It's a pretty decent read so far.
