I like Kitty Kat's song Gluecklich
Monsta is a bit fun
This song is about cheating but is still good: Bushido: Vergiss Mich
Usually German rap doesn't do much for me
but these songs have pretty good flow, for the most part.
I also have an extensive collection of
German R&B and pop if anyone is interested.

Some Rap in Spanish, keep in mind that it is common that the artist include latin sounds or beats on their music:

French:
Haven't seen anything out of the more commercial rappers/groups in this thread. I'll try to provide a few less known ones, and possibly avoiding those that copy the American model.
VII & Fayçal "Le sang et le pain" (with subs):

Fayçal "Année 27":

Oxmo Puccino "L'enfant seul" (big classic I'd say)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jLXRM_RJyO4
Some people have asked for MC Solaar-like, these guys are clearly linked (and MC Solaar appeared on their album): Démocrates D "Le Crime":

German:
I absolutely love this one:
Stieber Twins "Malaria":

Mandarin:
Here I could say there's 阴三儿 which is not bad. You can download the album easily (it's never been available as a real disc as far as I know... gone through quite a lot of rather underground cd shop in Beijing)

The video is quite crappy, and I really recommend downloading the song 北京晚报

There has GOT to be some quality Arabic rap out there. I just heard an NPR story about North African rap and how
it helped spread the word of the revolutions in Tunisia and Libya. ( of course I was driving so I couldn't write down
any of the groups' names ... grrrrr. )
