I am hoping aloysious will bring us some of those beautiful charts of his, to sum it all up and see where we all are, but I feel the need to just mention a few things.
First and foremost a gigantic HURRAH and congratulations to Woodsei who has done an absolutely fantastic job, and who has been an inspiration to us all. She is the winner of the entire challenge, and I am so proud to have her on our team!
I will also point out that we managed to have 3 of our members among the best 5, and 4 of our members among the best 10. A big congratulations to drsarvo who I know is just as exhausted as I am right now, and to teango who must have done an amazing effort to get among the top 10. Very honorable mentioning to fabriziocarrero who was among the top 20. We also had 6 among the top half, and 8 among the top 60.
Regardless of where we have ended up, I am sure we all managed to do more because of the challenge. The last time I did the 6WC I simply listed what I was doing, Now I did more (a LOT more) in order to have something to list.
I do not swear very often, but the only expression which covers our feat at this particular point is: f**king amazing!!!! WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!
So the only question now is: Will you take part in the 2 week Tadoku challenge which starts on Sunday? I will enter with German, Russian and Italian. (I must just wait until my eyes are less swollen :-) Who is with me?

Yes, here they are:
Read more or die? Well, I might join with French.
And Kat, great to hear from you again!

Congratulations, team! Especially Christina, Teango, tarvos, drsarvo, fabricio, and
Aloysius with his gorgeous charts. Great achievements from all of us, as well as
magnanimous progress with our languages, I'm sure. I know because it's so great with
Japanese. Challenges like these motivate tons! I hope I have a great experience with
Russian when it's time for another 6WC.
I'm in for Tadoku with Japanese. This sounds like that Japanese anime, "Read or Die" :)
I was hoping Russian, too, but I'm no where near as proficient. May be I might, we'll
see. Love our team, and so proud to be a member here :)

Are drsarvo and I the only ones to have registered? I was hoping for at least 4 or 5! Remember that you can read in any language, included subtitles, game computer screen and spare sentences.
I am in with German - where I really need to improve my reading speed, with Russian, where I really need to learn how to read, and with Italian where I also need to improve my reading speed.
Come on gals and guys! We created magic with the 6WC, let's see if we can do it again! It starts tomorrow morning!
