Космонавты, today we have a Skype meeting. Bring your best astro-suits. 8 PM Amsterdam
time. Leave fear at the front door, you won't need it.
Bring another friend in an astrosuit if you wish.

I would like to take part in this Skype session, if no one objects. I won't be able to chat for too long though, as I have to be up early for work, and it'll be an 11pm call for me.
I've been regressing lately in my Russian, although my reading and listening are still pretty good. I've just fallen back into my perfectionism where I clam up as soon as I make a mistake. *sigh* A good swift kick in the rear is what I need to get me back on track.

I think I'll be there, if I don't forget it.
I have finished Colloquial Russian, so I should bring some Крымское шампанское und блины с икрой for celebrating!

Josquin, funny story about the caviar; the Russians don't actually eat that, it's the
foreigners, or so my Russian teacher tells me :)

Well, my wife (and her family) ate it A LOOOOOTTTTT, even for breakfast, and everyone was eating it at the 2 weddings that I attended, so I guess your teacher's family might be from another cultural background and/or region.

Btw, how was the meeting, guys? =)
I couldn't attend it because I'm now in Bahia. I'll tell more about it later on my log.

Well, there were only tarvos, milesaway, and me and we had a lot of technical difficulties (echo, echo, echo...). Other than that, it was good. We even got to talk some Russian although I often didn't understand what was being said. Oral comprehension still is a bit difficult for me. We only talked for about an hour though.
When will the next meeting be? And when are we going to do the little challenges?

They'll eat it on special occasions but it's generally too expensive for them. And I
think she's from Cheboksary.
