Can anyone list any actors or actresses who can speak several languages fluently? I can think of two...

- Thekla Reuten (Dutch, English, Italian, German, French)

- Mariska Hargitay (English, Hungarian, French, Italian)

Add some more!

Christopher Lee, one of the most prolific actors in the world, has performed movie roles in many languages. According to his website, he speaks French, Italian, Spanish and German, and "gets by" in Russian, Swedish, and Greek.

He's also an Officier des arts et lettres in France, and an honourary citizen of Casina, Italy.

Didn't somebody mention Dolph Lundgren recently? And I remember having read that Natalie Portman speaks a lot of languages.

Portman's a native Hebrew and English speaker. She's studied German, French, and Japanese at university; I've no idea if she's fluent in any of them, although she was apparently able to converse with the German crew on the Berlin set of V for Vendetta.

Update: Dolph speaks Swedish, English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.
This thread mentions Penelope Cruz (Spanish, Italian, French and English), another language for Natalie Portman (some Spanish), Peter Ustinov and six languages (I've found list of eight at Wikipedia: English, French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish fluently, as well as some Turkish and modern Greek) and no less than twelve for Christopher Lee (no list though).
Takeshi Kaneshiro can (according to Wikipedia) "speak with varying degrees of fluency in English, Taiwanese, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese."

I'm sure it's really obvious, but what's an "ABC"?

American Born Chinese (I think). I hear the term 'ABC' batted around a lot at an Taiwan expat forum I visit so I'm assuming that's what it is.
