Tommy Lee Jones uses quite a lot of Spanish at the start of Men In Black.

It doesn't seem that fluent though.

Does anyone know of any young (<20 y/o) thespian polyglots?

Yes - many of the actors at my high school. As far as I know, none of them are widely known, though at least a few have had roles on soap operas and so forth.

A lot of these actors you see speaking on screen have received just a few months/weeks of private tutoring and are trained to look fluent. Read their biographies. I wouldn't judge their abilities from their acting alone.

The only real "prominent" polyglot that I'm aware of (I don't exactly look for them) is Nastassja Kinski (German, English, French, Italian and Russian, according to Wiki).

Camila Belle - it always helps to have a parent that speaks the language. I bet she has an accent though, when she speaks Portuguese, if she's live in the US for a while.

I'll check it out tomorrow and report back.

George W. Bush -- Hahah, that one has probably already been said.
Even though Spanish is not my first language, listening to GW Bush speak Spanish *cracks me up.* However, I do applaud him for at least trying to learn.

Gwenyth Paltrow -- One time I was watching a move with a girl from Costa Rica, and she swore that GP has ZERO accent when she said a few Spanish lines in a movie. I can't remember the name of the movie though.

Masiela Lusha, who played George's Daughter Carmen on the American TV show George Lopez is a native Albanian who speaks four languages. The wikipedia article on her lists that she has lived in Austria, Hungary, Albania, and America, and although it doesn't implicitly state the languages from those areas are the 4 she speaks, I think it's somewhat safe to assume that she speaks Albanian, German, Hungarian, and English.

I posted earlier that I thought actors have some advantages in language learning. I think that is generally true. Films are not necessarily a good guide to their foreign language fluency, though, as most performers can probably memorise quite a few lines of dialogue in a foreign language and parrot it, without really knowing the language and perhaps not even understanding the words they are saying.
