Well, the edit button is supposed to disappear after two weeks, which is less then what
has passed, but logs are supposed to be editable forever and any-language.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=37562&PN=2">somet imes they aren't. That
thread also offers a solution.

Or alternatively a moderator could edit the sign up post for Jeffers should it be
necessary..

Thank you for all the condolences. This is one of those times when burying my head in study helps me to stay okay, so I'm sticking with this challenge.

I was thinking about starting a log thread to solve the edit button problem, but actually, since someone kindly stickied this thread, it would be nice to keep this one. I'll just list the remaining participants in a new post, and then people who want to can track their progress on this thread as well.

First of, I'm so sorry for your loss. My condolences.

Second, would it still be possible to join in on the challenge? I just recently found

If possible, here is my challenge to work on:

Croatian: Learn 200 new words
Spanish: Learn 200 new words
Japanese: Learn hiragana and katakana

Welcome to the start of the challenge! My goals are to:
1. Learn 300 French words from my Frequency Dictionary of French.
2. Complete 20 passive lessons of Assimil NFWE.

Today my Anki deck has 739 unknown cards (front and back). So to meet my first goal, I want to get that list to <139. On average that is 20 cards/day for 30 days, but I'll start with 25 cards/day to give myself room to miss the odd day. Lock and load!

@Jeffers
I’ve just read about your loss. I’m very sorry. A big hug to you and your family at this difficult time.

---

I hope I’m not too late to join the challenge.

Name: Emme
Goal: [Swedish] Mastering the vocabulary in Lexin Bildteman. After a quick preview, I think I already know >1/2 of the words actively and maybe >2/3 passively. There are 31 topics, so it seems very suitable for a monthly challenge.

Jumping in a little late to the party - my goal for Spanish (SC language) is to catch up on duo lingo and maybe even
finish the tree, since i've let it slide recently. That should give my vocab a good boost and solidify some grammar
concepts that I know only passively. It would also be great to do 10 or so lessons from my online course, easing
back into Finnish, but we'll see what happens. Spanish is the priority.

Should we post updates here if we feel like it?
