Hey, nothing to feel embarassed about, congratulations! The exams at this level often require more than just
language knowledge and if you were preparing for something different, as you said the class had been much easier than the exam, this is a good result! I know it doesn't feel good to perform worse than one had expected (remembering my 50 points delf b2 five years ago now) but it is not the end of the world. Given your perseverence, You'll surely get to point of satisfying your strictest judge: yourself. Hmm, somehow the language-lover metaphore works better for men-learners and women-languages than vice versa, don't you think? Non vorrei farti tante pregunte, però come ti permitti viaggiare tanto? Io al meno non
posso ne andare da vacazione una sola settimana con una compagnia aeria molto economica. È come si fosse una forma del cielo de qualquasi chi studie delle lingue strangiere viaggiare in Francia, Spagna, e Allemagna.
