Do you have some more materials for Turkish? Or at least have the audio for the Turkish materials you already posted?

First, I'd like to echo the others and express my appreciation to those who have posted the DLI materials. Thank you, thank you!

Next, I'd like to ask if anyone knows of any currently functioning links to download DLI Modern Standard Arabic or DLI French. I tried to use the torrents I've seen mentioned, but they were no longer functioning.

Thanks to all!

Fat-tony, what do we need to search for in order to find the audio to the "200 hour" courses, such as for Dari?
Also, do you or anyone else know if audio for "Spoken Dari Preliminary Ed" by FSI is anywhere on the net? The book itself states audio was developed, but I'm yet to find it. Many thanks!

BTW, the DLI Farsi volume packs are excellent! Although the audio for the actual "Basic Course" begins with Lesson 19, Vol 2, this isn't really a problem. Go to easypersian.com if you need to learn the Farsi alef-be basics and stud 20 or so lessons, and you should be in good shape for lesson 19. The 8 audio volumes consist of 100 lessons. You may download the texts here:

http://www.eric.ed.gov/ERICWebPortal/Home.portal?_nfpb=true& ERICExtSearch_SearchValue_0=Persian+Basic+Course&ERICExtSear ch_SearchType_0=kw&_pageLabel=ERICSearchResult&newSearch=tru e&rnd=1260041089689&searchtype=basic

Or just search for "Persian Basic Course" @ eric.ed.gov Just to note, Obolensky, Serge's Basic Course of 12 lessons (in document form) is also available, although this has nothing to do with the aforementioned DLI courses, vol 1-8.

The 200-hour intro courses are designed to be done online. These printable versions are
only made available so that people can take them away and do a bit of extra studying away
from the computer. As a result, to obtain the audio I would need to download each MP3s
individually, which I simply don't have time to do. For Dari, once your Farsi is to a
reasonable standard, you can probably use GLOSS and
SCOLA (google will help you find a
password) to iron out the differences.

Ah OK, so then you must have a subscription to the online program? What's the website?
