Would someone be willing to briefly compare the grammars of Esperanto and Unilingua? (I know I'm asking a lot, as perhaps no one here is sufficiently familiar with both languages.)

No, I am not interested in a debate over which is better. Clearly, Unilingua does not enjoy the popularity of Esperanto. I'm just wondering, after reading a post about Esperanto as a linguistic playground how Unilingua compares to it.

Thank you.

Dear Kary have a look here = tThe Lord'SPrayer in Unilingua- Esperanto and Interlingua   . Which one for you is mor easy to undersatand without studiyng it?

Unilingua
1. Atia¹ ted tejea² totamu³,
2. eta dún tatadwu¹,
3. eta deban upu,
4. eta vag swu¹ meiru gè swe totamu,
5. buu atiu udjubu atia ádjuba¹ tel,

Esperanto
Patro nia, kiu estas en la ĉielo,
sanktigata estu Via nomo.
Venu Via regno.

Interlingua
Nostre Patre, qui es in le celos,
que tu nomine sia sanctificate;
que tu regno veni;
que tu voluntate sia facite
super le terra como etiam in le celo.
Da nos hodie nostre pan quotidian,
e pardona a nos nostre debitas
como nos pardona a nostre debitores,
e non duce nos in tentation,
sed libera nos del mal.

I imagine that would depend on which languages you already know. My question was more about the flexibility of the grammar rather than the ease of the vocabulary.

If I recall correctly, the post regarding Esperanto talked about how grammatical concepts from different languages (not necessarily Indo-European) could be expressed without ambiguity in Esperanto. I wonder how Unilingua compares with Esperanto in that respect.

Tu nome ta es santa.
Tu renia ta veni.
Tu vole ta es fada,
en tera como en sielo.
Dona oji nos pane dial a nos.
Pardona nos ofendes
como nos pardona los ci ofende nos.
No condui nos a tentia,
ma proteje nos de malia.
Amen.
