I found this website that let's you test your CEFR language level online for free:
http://www.cactuslanguage.com/en/book/levels.php
I took the English language test to see if it was accurate. I got 40 out of 40 questions
right. So I would say it's pretty accurate.
This is the best one I've found so far. Do you know of any other good websites with free
testing?

Got 34 out of 40 for Portuguese, but since it is a UK site, I noticed that the Portuguese is Iberian and not Brazilian. I'm not as familiar with Iberian Portuguese grammar. I'm sure that affected my results somewhat. Still, it's nice to know that I scored so high on that part of the written test even with a not fully complete knowledge of Iberian Portuguese grammar. The true test is in listening, speaking and writing.
Brazilian Portuguese doesn't have a CEFR but does have a Certificação de Proficiência em Língua Portuguesa para Estrangeiros - CELPE-Bras
edit- re-took test and scored 38 out of 40. Nice but rather meaningless in the grand scheme of things. I still have a long way to go.

I really hope the Czech test has bugs.
As a native speaker, I got 38 out of 40 and for the life of me cannot find the two mistakes :)
Edit:
Just finished the German one, got 40 out of 40.
What do these two results say about me?

Nothing. You know very well that such tests are meant for language learners, not natives. Hence they test stuff learners learn. You have to learn all sorts of stuff you forget and replace with experience during your various stages anyways, so this result isn't miraculous in any way.

The English test was hilariously easy, and the Japanese test uses romanised Japanese...

I was ranked C2 in German and English and C1 in Japanese. I doubt, however, that for Japanese it was accurate enough. I think of myself more as somewhere between B1 and B2.

They don't know Spanish spelling. Lots of accents missing.
