And that one review of Pimsleur French on Amazon...whew, looks like I dodged a bullet when I decided to go with Assimil instead.

Pimsleur isn't bad and I think even the haters agree that it teaches the pronunciation well. The only question is whether it's worth your time. if you revise the lessons multiple times, I think it definitely isn't.
