On European dvds and blueray, where you have multiple language soundtracks on the actual
movie, do you get the option of all those languages on the extras, or are they only on
the main language?
e.g. If I bought, say, Sherlock on dvd, which on the English version has an English
'making of' type extra, would its German or whatever counterpart (which also has an
English soundtrack for the actual episodes) only provide it in German, would it have a
multilingual option, or would it all depend on the particular publication?

It's likely that the making of type extras would only have German subtitles. The voices would
probably be in English. They usually don't go to the expense of hiring voice actors to dub
extras, in my experience. Even bonus deleted scenes rarely get dubbed.
