According to french.about.com coincé(e) can mean "hung up, anal, inhibited", so the sentence would mean "You are really as anal as nana".

It means "As a gal, you're really uptight". I don't think I can render the pattern "être vraiment xyz comme abc" in idiomatic English but it's a very common one and worth remembering. Here "comme" isn't used for comparison, which can be confusing.

Comme nana means as a girl or as a woman - you who are a girl - you who are a woman.
tu es vraiment coincée could means the one who is talking think either she is too hermetic to fun or she could be better with a more open mind, or it is quite difficult to get a smile or a laugh from you.

No, as pointed out in a previous post, it is an idiomatic expression and there is no comparison here. It means "you're an uptight girl" or "you're the uptight kind of girl".
