In the sentence, "Tu es coincée comme nana", "comme nana" is not a comparison. The whole sentence is an idiomatic expression.

If you said "Tu es coincée comme une nana", then yes, "comme une nana" would be a comparison though not one that would make a lot of sense (unless you assume that girls are uptight).
