Textbooks and courses can teach you the structures and grammar necessary to be able to
function at the B2 level but the only way to actually reach that level yourself is through extensive exposure and practice. That means reading a lot, listening to audio, practicing your writing, and speaking. At the B2 level you should be able to do all this with native materials so as you get progressively better you want to supplement materials from courses and for learners with native media. Try writing consistently (the site Lang- 8 is good for this) for practice and find language exchanges and opportunities for conversational practice (in the absence of native or fluent speakers, you can practice through self-talk and/or shadowing in order to keep developing your speaking skills).
