Spanish Flash card review Notes in Spanish – unit 2 (audio) PMP: Basic lección siete: la comida y las bebidas (food and drink) , plus regular –ER verbs. I learned the following: ”El cerebo del mono es una delicadeza en partes de China” – yikes! I think the idea was that if monkey brains are a delicacy then they should be using helmets to help prevent their brains from being eaten. Spanky chose to translate the idea at the expense of being slightly less literal :P

español and I am jealous of your focus, something I lack entirely for the most part. I hope soon to be writing more en español (pero no es posible ahora) and I will be grateful for any and all corrections when I misstep, which I plan on doing so much perhaps I (rather than the monkees*) should be wearing the helmet *just for a change of pace, I thought I would go with this spelling of Monkees, as in The, as my minor nostalgic nod to many wasted afternoon tv sessions in my youth.
