I think including all 20 is a good solution, for a few reasons:
- it's not that big a number; - there's not a world of difference between having received 1, 2 or 3 votes; - we still may take a look at the other logs on the list. Here is the poll for choosing the top log of 2013 taken from all of the nominations.
1) Each person can vote only once. 2) The anti-cheating mechanism seems to use IP-logging.
