Can you advise me some German novels available with the corresponding audiobook which are
pleasurable to read , written in a straightforward style ?

You might try the books by Daniel Glattauer which became quite well known in the last
few years. They are on my "to read" list, but I haven't got there yet. I know there are
audiobook versions. I'm not sure if they are read by the author. If so, you would
notice his Austrian accent, but that should not be a problem.
The ones I was thinking of were:
Gut gegen Nordwind.
and
Alle sieben Wellen.
but I see there are others.
Those two are available in English translation (and maybe Italian, for all I know).
