From the videos themselves it appears that the young lady not only isn't a polyglot, but her ability to imitate the sound of certain languages is also somewhat limited - like when she tries to sound Portuguese around 1.40" - it's not even recognizable as Portuguesic. Other sequences are more convincing. However to her defence she openly admits be to speaking gibberish in the comments on Youtube (cfr my log message from Monday 10), and it is not her fault that people think she knows 30 languages or so. Besides she is quite funny, and that's the saving grace of those videos.
