Hi,
Does anyone know of any good books on Althochdeutsch (Old High German) and Mittelhochdeutsch (Middle High German)? I have acquired a few random book here in Germany but they are very dry grammars. Does there exist any intro or higher level course books for students or university students like there would be in Old English? Introduces things step by step not like a grammar with seperate chapters on Nouns, Verbs etc.
Thanks!

Just a heads up that you might want to post this on
www.forum.language-learners.org as well. Of course
this site is still in use but due to various
technical issues an alternative forum was set up
and is a lot more active than this one.
