Moses, have you thought about creating lessons in a challenge response format? And by this I mean entering in the response via keyboard in an embedded window, which is then immediately determined if the response is correct or not. I don't think a challenge response design would work well via video. You don't need to know HTML to create the course, as you would be using a template, so I think it's pretty user friendly.

I think the set up is great mainly because any student studying to be a language teacher can practice or tinker around with the outline or the general flow of the language being taught, adding little notes where needed, deleting ineffective explanations...etc.
I can see how your videos would benefit you, as practicing lectures is helpful if you are going to be a language teacher, but I personally couldn't read the text on the dry erase board. Also, it was hard to follow the explanations without really having a background in Estonian. Just my 2 cents.
