Does anyone know what has become of the professor? He hasn't posted here for a while and even his own website hasn't been updated since April. I guess he is very busy with other projects. If he has left this forum it would be good to know as I have been logging on each day to check for any new postings. Does anyone have any ideas?

He posted on this forum recently saying that unfortunately he is too busy to keep up with this forum, but that he hopes to come back to it in the future to answer serious questions that have been posted for him. If you want to get in touch with him you will need to do it through other channels.

This is just a brief post to make the obvious even more overt: unfortunately, I simply do not have any time to budget for the forum these days. I am relocating to an utterly new corner of the globe and an utterly new set of professional responsibilities, so I cannot predict when I will have time again, though I do know that it will not be within the coming few months.

Please feel free to continue discussions in older threads in Lessons in Polyglottery on your own, but until further notice do not pose questions here in the hopes that I will answer them any time soon.

I wish you all the best of success in your language studies!

Alexander Arguelles
