I'm looking to hire some additional translators for my company. Does anyone know a good website where I can find profiles of translators looking for jobs? Thank you.

There are tons of translation portals with translator profiles. AFAIK; the largest one is PROZ.

Proz is definitely the number one place to look for professional and less professional translators.
Another good website is Translators Cafe.

Many countries also have associations of professional translators that are well worth mining for translators. The two big organizations in the US are the ATA and NAJIT. England has the Chartered IOL.
There are many others, but those are well-respected organizations that all maintain directories of their translators.
