Can anyone advise me some good German tv series available on the internet that can be

I don't know your level of German, but if it is in the earlier stages this is an old BBC

I think Heimat (directed by Edgar Reitz) is one of the best German TV serials of all time. Three seasons were
made and they actually qualify as films since some cinemas showed the blocks of episodes in there entirety. The changes in German society between 1918 and 2000 are reflected through the eyes of the inhabitants of a small rural village. It is very accessible. Funnily enough, most Germans I speak to have never heard of Heimat, yet my British friends who enjoy German language and culture seem to love it. On Deutsche Welle there is a mini soap (two series) which you can chose whether or not to use the subtitles.

Do you mean German or English/Italian subs? If it's German subs then, while not quite what you asked for, you should be able to pick up a large number of free-to-air German satellite TV channels in Italy, many of which have German subs (although a fair number don't).
