Well, we had similar threads for German and Italian. How about Russian? Do you know any good Russian music?

Depends on what you meaan by good. And are we talking about popular music or classical or what? I personally don't like most of the popular music that comes out of Russia, but I can give a less-than-comprehensive list of what is played on MTV Russia and MuzTV (aside from the usual stuff from america), and also on the multitude of variety shows (there are also a few who don't get played much but you might want to listen to):
note - sorry, I can't seem to get cyrillic script to work on here.
Dima Bilan (he's just bloody everywhere!), Tatu (obviously), Valeria, Viagra, Blestiashchie, Ivanushki International, Serebro, Korni, Tutsi, Zhanna Friske, B2 (don't get shown that much really), Zvery, Sergei Lazarev, Detsl (haven't seen him for a while, but a few years ago he took a Christina Milian video, cut out the middle 8 and added his own rap there, as if the song was a duet!), Nikolai Baskov (well, he's supposedly an opera singer, but he likes to do commercial stuff), Zemfira, Gliukoza, Filip Kirkorov, Alla Pugachova (she doesn't appear very much, but she's just a legend here), Vladimir Vysotsky (hopefully I'm thinking of the right person - crooner who died in the '70s, I think), Kino (enjoy Nirvana-like status becasue the main guy, Viktor (?) Tsoi died in a car crash on his way home from a fishing trip about 17 years ago), 7B (check out their song 'Molodye vetra' - it's really quite good!), Mummy Troll, Uma Turman (seriously!!), Chile, MakSim, Fabrika, and there are loads more that I can't remember. Maybe I'll post a follow-up.
I would categorise them into genres, but I can't really be bothered (and I'm not too good at it anyway!) Plus, there are a bunch of hip-hop groups out at moment, most of whose names I can't for the life of me remember.
Does this help!

I guess you are not interested in Rachmaninov, Scryabin and the like.
Woland pretty much covered the pop music. Here's a list of the most popular Russian Rock bands/musicians:
Аквариум/Борис Гребенщиков (the father of Russian Rock)
Зоопакр/Майк Науменко (died in 80s)
АукцЫон (very good, my personal favourite)
ДДТ
Наутилус Помпилиус
Алиса (relatively good in 80s, now boring)
Чиж (Russian blues)
Кино (a legend because of the leader's death)
There are more, of course, but my memory is very selective at the moment.

I think I included Kino, didn't I? Even put the same reason down. There's also Splin, Aria (Iron Maiden-like metal!), Chaif, Gosti iz budushchevo, Chai vdoiem, Agata Cristi...

Right now, I´m listening to Alsou. She´s a Russian-Tatar singer, with nice slow songs about winter, first snow, love etc. If you look up her in Google, you find plenty of sites about her.

Out of "worldly" (i.e. non-classical) Russian music, I like Ария and Кипелов.

Go to http://russmus.net/index.jsp.
Even though I don't study Russian, I use this site to discover Russian music. Zemfira is my personal favorite.

I don't know too much about the popular music, but Russian has lots of good parade music. There's also a lot of music at www.sovmusic.ru
