Well, I finally did it! I finished RTK. I still have to review what I've learned each day but that's not a problem because I don't have to spend extra time learning new kanji. Now that I'm done I'll be working on Remembering the Kana for the next few days. Hopefully it won't take more than a week to finish.

Syg, congratulations!
I recommend that you go through Remembering the Kana only swiftly without trying too hard to memorize everything. Since you are probably going to be seeing lots of authentic Japanese texts from now on, you will learn the kana automatically. (Although it was quite a struggle at first for me. :)

Congrats. Learning the readings for the Kanji will be much easier now that you know their English meanings. Kanji is one of the hardest parts of Japanese so you should be pretty excited that you only have to review now. Gl with further studies.

I bought "Remembering the Kanji" two days ago. So far I've done 75 kanji, doing 25 per day and using Mnemosyne. |

How do you guys manage to memorize that amount of Kanji per day? I am only able to do one Kanji one day.
