tricoteuse suggested I take a look at this thread and I think it sounds like a great idea! I'd very much like to participate, although chances are I might not be able to carry it through. If it's OK with you, though, I'll join in and see how far I'll be able to take it. The choice of author also seems interesting. I'm looking forward to read more Russian; it has been a while and I really need some practice... :)

I might actually not participate in this one, because I just received two boxes filled with Russian books and I'll be occupying my time with those...until I leave for Russia at the end of August!
