If you like hearing language mash-ups, you should try searching Disney songs (ie. Hakuna Matata, Be a Man, Under the Sea) and then put the word multilanguage after it. They're really cool! Or you can find a lot of the songs completely in other languages.

A favourite hobby/time-waster of mine. Before we had the internet I'd watch the local international channel, which had programs in about 30 languages, just to listen to the sounds of different languages. Needless to say the internet has only aggravated this, now it's possible to see clips from some of the most distant, closed-off parts of the world.

Very good post!
Here is a video of Kobe Bryant speaking Italian.

This really deserves its own thread. The video isn't as revealing as the 1000 or so comments to it are. Its amazing how speaking a foreign language is regarded here in the united states.
examples:

Wow.
I don't really like Kobe much.
After all the accusations[of rape] but this really changed my views about him. |

i seriously respect kobe alot for this

WOW!! I'm really surprised, I didn't know he spoke Italian! Impressive indeed. And not trying to be a dick or offend anyone, but I honestly didn't think Kobe would be the type of person to speak many languages lol
