I just remain you that "like" in Norwegian and Danish is "like", the same word as in English, but of cource pronounced in a Scandinavian way.
In Norwegian "tykkje om" or "tykke om" means to "think about", but it is mostly used dialectically and in Landsmål.

Sitat:" Actually, "like" in Danish is "lide". "
Ok, and "lide" in Norwegian (and Swedish?) means "to suffer".
But what is "to suffer" in Danish, actually?
Well, aftonbladet, when travelling in any Scandinavian country you are likely to meet persons that actually speak Norwegian or Danish and that presume that a person speaking Swedish understands what they say.

In Danish..
lide = like
lide = suffer
.. it's actually one of the confusing parts in Danish. Many words are written in the same way, while having
different meanings.
Guess you have it in Norwegian too? :PP
