I just listened to a random podcast and the manuscript was a literal transcript of the audio. In Germany you do actually these scripts "manuscript". Radio-Manuskript

Yes, "das Manuskript" is the German word for "transcript".

Another great German podcast in German is Slow German by Annik Rubens, she discusses current issues, how things in Germany work (School, Politics, etc.) and all in Slow German with subtitles.
Her normal podcast Schlaflos in München, aimed at natives is another resource that's easily available in large quantity and is usually done very well =) (The most recent episode wasn't very good though so try and older one!)
