Hi guys!

I introduce myself. My name is Giovanni, I'm 25, living in Rome and I'm a student. I
discovered this forum a few days ago and joined because I would love learning foreign
languages. First of all I'm here to improve my English cause I can't speak it so well
yet and being in a forum like this surely will help me.

Then I want to practice and improve my French. I learn it this year during my erasmus
in France (Grenoble) and I really love this language. More, I hope to can back to
France after University because I really enjoyed living over there.

Your post is well written but one sentence is incorrect in English and should instead be written: "More, I hope to can *be able to go* back to France after University because I really enjoyed living over there." You could also save a bunch of words and just say: I hope to return to France after university because I really enjoyed living over there.

If you want to practice and improve your writing in English and get corrections from natives, try lang8.com. You can tart by correcting other members' Italian. You might also try a language exchange over skype with a native English-speaker who is learning Italian.
