Ciao out there.
I have wanted to learn Italian for many years, and finally decided to to do so, as I
have more time to spare. To be honest I have only been at it for 11 days, but I have
found this forum and especially my friend Sarnek to be a big help.
In addition to that I have used some of the methods used to learn the other languages
that I know.
To begin with I have a small dictionary from which I choose words everyday to learn. I
started of with the days of the week. (Lunedì, Martedì, Mercoledì...) and read a bit
of grammar from an old book regarding the grammar plus an intensive language course
that I bought.
To get the pronunciation right I use quizlet for learning vocab and forvo. I do that
because the pronunciation is different from the languages that I already know if and
because I find it very importanting to get the pronunciation right when you are
learning a language on your own.
Today I aim towards understanding how to use the definitiv and indefinitiv articles
(lo, il, la, le, gli...) I do this because, first of all it is very basic and secondly
different from French and German. Moreover I aim towards expanding my vocab with some
basic stuff. As of now I've learnt a little regarding food(sono goloso), computer
games (accendere, spegnere, giocare..).
That would be it for now!
Saluti!
the 2015 part begins after the second entry

So after a while it's time for a new log!
I didn't have a lot of time to study due to my studies- so I have only made little
progress, however, what I have learnt I have revised and I managed to have a small
conversation in Italian with a friend of mine, which was quite motivating!
Allora imparo l'italiano quando è possible ed questa langua è molto interessanta per
apprendere!

After an unsuccessfull attempt at the TAC in 2014 I am looking forward to begining
anew in 2015.
I am currently brushing up on my German grammar (especially the conjugation of
adjectives) and for Italian I have only just started using the Assmil: Italian with
ease
- and I am liking it.

English
I've continued to follow the Assimil: Italian with ease and am still fond of it,
however, I didn't manage to do one every day since I have exams to worry about as
well, however, I am making progress, today's lesson introduced possessive pronouns
I.e.il suo appartamento and in German I have been busy writing a paper.
Deutsch
Also ich folge immer noch dem Assimil Kurs und die heutige Lexion hat possesive
Pronomen introduziert etwa il suo appartamento usw. Leider, habe ich es soweit
nicht geschafft jeden Tag eine Lexion zu machen, da ich auch eine Arbeit schreiben
musste.
Italiano
Allora continuo fare Italiano con Assimil e oggi ho imparato pronomi possessivi. Per
esempio il suo appartamento

Hello everyone.
For the past week I haven't had much time to do my Assimil lessons due to exams,
however, as they are now overwith I have resumed where I left of, and I am still
liking it, I intend on simply using Assimil and listening to Italian online and using
it by chatting, and hopefully I will soon reach a level where I can have a proper
conversation.
My current goal in German is to expend my vocabulary, so I intend on reading a bit
every day, looking for a few new words to learn and then I might use Quizlet in order
to memorise them. In addition to that I will try to look for some videos online (or
the likes) which might be both fun and educating in connection to that I found this
youtuber:"Wissen2go", which looks interesting.
