Taiwan's aboriginal languages are not Chinese dialects, they belong to the Austronesian language family. They don't have standardized writing systems, and if they would have them, then they would probably be written in the Latin script, like virtually all other Austronesian languages.

Tammet's claim to being a savant has been heavily questioned by many. It's highly doubtful that he's anything of the sort. Rather, he's a very talented and skilled memory artist (which, of course, Glossika is not, as far as I know).
