Hi, I'm new to this excellent forum and am intrigued by the L-R method of language learning. I've seen some excellent links to dual-language texts in several language but haven't seen any in Italian. Can anyone point me in the right direction for obtaining Italian-English literature and Italian audiobooks? Apologies if this information is available elsewhere in the forum but I've not been able to find it.

Thank you.

First of all, welcome to the forum!

I’m not sure whether there’s much out there to answer your needs.

As far as audiobooks are concerned, I know that Alma Edizioni has some audiobooks aimed at language learners but I don’t know whether they’re too easy and short to use as L-R materials.

For information and links about audiobooks and parallel texts have you already tried Volte’s great posts?

List of resource lists

List of free, legal audiobooks sites

I hope you can find something useful there. Good luck with learning Italian!

You should try the new L-R wiki:

http://lr.learnlangs.com/lrwiki/Main_Page

It's more easily updated than threads on this forum.
