I was wondering if there are language learning related movies other than Nihonjin no Shiranai Nihongo.

English Vinglish, about an Indian housewife who takes an ESL
course while on holiday in New York City.
The central character is played by Sridevi, who was - I've given to understand - hugely popular in India; this film
marks her return to the screen after a long hiatus.
The film goes in fairly predictable (and somewhat stereotypical) directions, but is warm-hearted and pleasant
enough.

From the same producer, there's also Bon Cop, Bad Cop. This isn't about learning languages per se, but more about what it's like to survive in a multilingual society. I've linked to a clip where the cops are having a quick language lesson while trying to jam a suspect into the trunk of a car…
A while ago, one of my language exchange partners also sent me this YouTube clip which begins with "my tailor is very rich", though I don't know what French movie it comes from. I pass it along without comment.

I can recommend a korean movie
called "please teach me English"
it's not bad.
Also, that line is from assimil
English, it's one of the first
lines and famous apparently.
