My apologies if this is a duplicate post:
What Makes a Polyglot? What do Polyglots Think?
Love this part: "Do you, or most polyglots, have some type of mental disorder, such as autism or obsessive compulsive disorder? "

And I love AA's answer to that question:
"Unfortunately, I do have to say that I, as a relatively 'prominent' polyglot, am
contacted by an inordinate number of other self-identifying polyglots who do seem to be
more-or-less 'unbalanced.'"

If Christophe Clugstone was counting English as one of the languages he speaks, then his total needs to be reduced by one.

I've seen some of Christophe Clugston's videos and responses to videos on YouTube (I'm not a fan). He called Steve Kaufman a fake and an anti-intellectual for using the term "linguist" to describe language learners, and he also told this one learner that he'd never get a native Spanish accent while living in the US.
It doesn't really surprise me that the guy's counting his native language as one of the languages he learned.
