What amazes me about Laoshu is how much time he is able to devote to studying languages. I read somewhere that he is married with a child. What does he do for work? Sometimes I am so busy working all week that I am lucky if I can find one hour a week to study (translation deadlines are insane). I think a lot of people could accomplish a lot more if it were not for that pesky job and household responsibilities getting in the way.
