I have to agree with Splog as well. It's easy to sit back and be critical, but in reality, there are so many talented people out there that a good dose of humility is in order. To rank them is a pretty daring step.
Most people learn languages as a hobby. Everyone is, in each of their languages, somewhere between point A and point B, and where that is exactly, at this given moment, depends on so many factors that are often outside of a person's control.
However, it's okay to be personally impressed by some people in particular, and that's an okay thing to declare.
How about which Youtube polyglot you like best?

As I have been learning languages for almost 25 years, I prefer to watch videos about specific features of foreign languages rather than just videos about theory or "how to learn". In this regard, I find there are many good channels produced by people who are bilingual or who have just learned one language to proficiency (in fact, I have favorited over 100 of these channels on my YT page.)
However, limiting myself to the group of usual suspects, I would have to agree with everyone else and say LUCA (especially for his videos in his native Italian).

Luca's really good at phonetics. But I agree with Splog and find this poll a bit useless.
What can we tell from 3 minutes of video footage? By any means I'm not saying Luca's not talented or anything, but there are many polyglots out there neglected because of the very few ones on Youtube.

I would agree that it is difficult for us to judge them. And so many of them are great, they do not need this. Both Torbyrne and Luca impress me a lot - but I would not like to put one up against another.

As long as you don't vote for Clugston, I don't care.
I say Torbyrne or Glossika. I'm subscribed to Luca but I haven't really watched his videos. I'll have to do it when I get the time.
The only thing that troubles me about YouTube polyglots is that they talk about language learning a lot . . . in English.
Why don't they talk about languages in their languages?
Luca isn't a native English speaker, so every video he does in English is an acheivement, but I wonder why they don't vlog in their various languages and talk about their daily lives or things they find interesting.
The most common language for English native polyglots to use is English, which is strange considering they say they're so good at languages.

No votes from me, but there are some polyglots who have made a great impression on me for the past six years. In a somewhat chronological order - Steve Kaufmann, Moses, Stujay, Professor Arguelles, Luca, Torbyrne and Glossika. I have learned a lot from each one of them.
Another one who stands out (despite that I've only heard one single audio clip) is our own Vlad.

I hope this poll will encourage more polyglots to put videos on you tube. In looking around, it's amazing how many
of the really well known ones have very little footage in languages other than English. It's nice to have some proof of
what the end product can be before I start following advice. Not absolutely necessary, but nice. I lowered the time in
each language to 30 seconds so that more candidates would qualify. Feel free to nominate.

It's tough to say anything serious because it's really a popularity contest. As a rather unpopular guy myself, I'd either ignore them or communicate only in Northern Saami if given the chance. Who's the smart guy now?! ;-) As to who Youtube's best is, the curmudgeon in me tells them all to go to hell. They all suck in my view since they don't share my love for Finnish, Hungarian, Northern Saami, Polish and Slovak. ;-)

More seriously, I will say that the internet polyglot who's left the least negative impression (dare I say one for whom I would unhesitatingly buy a beer) is Vlad (oh, and Iversen too... and Torbyrne, why not?). I don't feel that this is quite the same as declaring who Youtube's best is. I leave it to others to stick their necks out.
