What I mean is, is there a program out there, where I can type a word in, or a phrase, and it will give me what it sounds like as close to how it is supposed to sound? I'd love to be able to train my ear to hear what I want to hear, rather than waiting possibly months to hear one specific word. I realize that there are all sorts of pronunciation guides, but those don't give you any sort of idea if you are pronouncing the word, especially if it a language with few resources, and even fewer speakers.

Since you primarily study French...

Google Translate will do that. It uses text-to-speech software, so it is not a good as hearing an actual human pronounce your word/phrase, but it will get you "in the ballpark" very quickly.
