While I've been lurking for awhile, I've just joined the forum. At 60+, I'm interested in studying a few languages just to keep my brain active. Over the years, I've taken courses in several languages (inc. French, German, Latin, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin), but never pursued them past a beginner stage.
After reading about many of the members here and their accomplishments, I've decided to try and push past my laziness and maybe get to a level where I can hold up my end of a conversation in a couple of languages. Ken 1 person has voted this message useful | |
