Weekly review
I'm happy with last weeks progress, i'm enjoying FiA even though at points it's difficult, however my gf is really helpful for anything I need to clarify. Sadly I will be at the end of the active wave of NFWE shortly, ah well all good things must come to an end. So far the one day of speaking French per week with my gf has been going well, so well we're going to increase it to two! Assimil: Lesson 96 active. FiA: Lesson 8.19 Week 22 8th - 14th June Min time spent: 30 minutes 27 seconds. Max time spent: 2 hours 39 minutes and 28 seconds. Average time per day: 1 hour 13 minutes 15 seconds. Weekly total: 6 hours 6 minutes 15 seconds. Yearly total so far: 120 hours 30 minutes 43 seconds. 1 person has voted this message useful | |||

Wow, you've blown through Assimil since you began this log! I'm excited to finally get back to studying French in the next week or so. Although I've scanned through all the posts in your log, I'm going to have to study what you've done more closely to see if I want to model after you a little bit. I'll be reviewing lesson 22, and then continuing on from lesson 23 in Assimil.

Thanks SladeWilson, yeah time flies when you're having fun :).
I recently got Netflix and configured it so I get the French Netflix, which is great because I can watch many English shows with accurate subtitles or even better watch French films with French subtitles. Weekly review
I'm really happy with last week, I finished up Assimil NFWE, which I feel like I've been doing forever, and finally finished up lesson 8 on FiA. I've been watching a lot of context on Netflix which I'm finding great so far and I'm stepping up my reading of native materials. Assimil NFWE: Finished. FiA: Lesson 9 Week 25 29th June - 5th July Min time spent: 15 minutes Max time spent: 1 hours 10 minutes 57 seconds. Average time per day: 51 minutes 16 seconds.
